Store terms and conditions
Version dated 27 October 2026.
§1 Seller and contact details
1. The 1991 online store, available at 1991.pl, is operated by WE ARE 1991 sp. z o.o., plac Bankowy 2, 00-095 Warszawa, Poland. KRS 0001262444, NIP 5253103454, REGON 545560688; share capital PLN 5,000. The company is entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register.
2. For enquiries about orders, returns, complaints and the Store's services, contact hello@1991.pl or call +48 510 106 852 (customer service is available from 9:00 to 17:00 Polish time; your operator's charges apply). Correspondence address: WE ARE 1991 sp. z o.o., plac Bankowy 2, 00-095 Warszawa, Poland.
3. Goods should be returned to: DTW, ul. Sochaczewska 98c, 05-870 Błonie Wieś, Poland; mark the parcel: WE ARE 1991. The warehouse address is different from the registered office and correspondence address.
4. These Terms are provided free of charge before the contract is concluded, in a form that can be saved and reproduced. The Store sells the products described on its pages, including kitchen equipment and accessories, textiles, clothing, food, and care and cleaning products. The essential characteristics, intended use and instructions are set out in the description of each product.
5. A Consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction that is not directly related to their business or professional activity. A Business Customer with Consumer Rights is a natural person entering into a contract directly related to their business activity where the contract is not professional in nature for that person, as determined in particular by the scope of their business activity disclosed in CEIDG. They are entitled to the rights provided for in Article 7aa of the Consumer Rights Act and Article 385⁵ of the Civil Code; these Terms also extend to them the complaint response arrangements described here.
6. In these Terms, a Professional Business Customer is a Customer carrying on a business or professional activity who, for the purchase in question, is neither a Consumer nor a Business Customer with Consumer Rights. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
§2 Using the Store and electronic services
1. To use the Store, you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date browser. Purchases and correspondence also require an active email address. Cookies necessary for the Cart and security features are described in the Privacy Policy. Consent to marketing and optional cookies is not a condition of purchase.
2. Browsing the products and placing an order do not require an account if the checkout form allows purchases without one. The Customer must provide the correct information needed to fulfil the order. Unlawful content, spam and activities that disrupt the Store or infringe other people's rights are prohibited.
3. Use of the order and contact forms is free of charge. The form service is provided for the duration of its use. If the Customer creates an account, the account service contract is concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated free of charge by requesting account deletion at hello@1991.pl. Deleting an account does not affect the performance of contracts already concluded or any existing claims.
4. The email newsletter and SMS marketing messages relate only to 1991's products and activities. Subscription is voluntary and free of charge. To subscribe, you must provide an email address or phone number and the appropriate consent for the selected channel. You may unsubscribe at any time using the method stated in the message or by contacting hello@1991.pl; this does not affect your purchases. The subscription contract continues until you unsubscribe.
5. Problems with electronic services may be reported to hello@1991.pl, with a description of the issue and contact details for our reply. We respond on a durable medium within 14 days of receiving the complaint. Rights relating to digital content and services are described in §10.
§3 Orders and conclusion of the contract
1. Product information constitutes an invitation to place an order. The Customer selects a product and variant, adds it to the Cart, provides the required information, chooses delivery and payment methods, and reviews the order summary. The information and Cart contents may be corrected until the order is confirmed.
2. Before the order is confirmed, the Store states the product's main characteristics, full price, delivery costs and any other required charges, payment terms and the agreed fulfilment date. The order is placed using a button that clearly indicates an obligation to pay, such as “Buy and pay” or “Pay now”. The Customer receives these Terms before placing the order.
3. Placing an order constitutes an offer by the Customer. The contract is concluded when the Customer receives an email from the Seller confirming acceptance of the order for fulfilment. A message that merely acknowledges technical receipt of the order, where it is clearly identified as such, does not yet constitute acceptance. We provide confirmation of the contract and the required information on a durable medium, for example in the body of an email or an attachment.
4. If information required to fulfil the order is missing, we contact the Customer to obtain it. If a payment fails, the Customer may try again using the available procedure. If the contract has already been concluded and payment remains due, we set an appropriate additional deadline and explain the consequences of missing it before withdrawing from the contract for non-payment.
5. We issue the sales document in accordance with the law. Customers purchasing for a business must provide their invoice details, particularly their tax identification number (NIP), before the invoice is issued. Documents may be sent electronically as permitted by law. Requests to correct details may be sent to hello@1991.pl.
§4 Pre-orders
1. Products currently offered in the Store are sold on a pre-order basis. This means purchasing them before they are ready for dispatch. The order is payable in full at the time of purchase; the payment is not an earnest money deposit.
2. Orders are fulfilled by the date or within the clearly defined period stated on the product page or in email communications provided to the Customer before the order is placed. The agreed date or period forms part of the contract and is recorded in its confirmation. General documents do not set a single dispatch date for all products.
3. A dispatch date refers to handing the parcel over to the carrier; the delivery date also includes transit time. Before purchasing, the Customer receives information enabling them to determine when delivery will take place. If the parties have not agreed a different delivery date, the statutory deadline applies, generally no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
4. No single end date has been set for pre-orders. The availability of individual products and any limits are stated in their offers. Closing orders for new purchases does not affect contracts already concluded.
5. If products in the same order have different fulfilment dates, we dispatch them in separate parcels according to their respective dates. The Seller covers any additional costs of splitting the shipment; the Customer pays only the delivery cost agreed when placing the order.
6. If we anticipate a delay, we promptly inform the Customer of the reason and the proposed new date. We do not unilaterally change the agreed date; a lack of response from the Customer does not constitute consent to a change. A later email does not, by itself, replace the date agreed at the time of purchase.
7. If goods are not delivered on time, an entitled Customer may set an appropriate additional deadline and withdraw from the contract if that deadline passes without delivery. In cases provided for by law, including a refusal to deliver or where the delivery date is essential, no additional demand is required. Payments are then refunded without delay. This does not exclude the right to withdraw without giving a reason, including before the goods are received.
§5 Prices, payments and promotions
1. The price and settlement currency are shown in the offer and at checkout. The total payable, including applicable taxes collected by the Store and delivery costs, is stated before the order is confirmed. Specific rules on import charges are described in §6. Changes to prices or promotions do not change the price under a contract already concluded.
2. Pre-orders are payable in full when the order is placed, using one of the payment methods available at checkout. The available methods, the provider processing the selected payment and the total amount are shown before payment is confirmed. The availability of digital wallets may depend on the country, device and browser.
3. Discounts cannot be combined. A bundle discount and a discount code, including an SMS code, are not applied at the same time. The terms of each promotion, eligible products and discount amount are stated in the promotional information provided before purchase. Free delivery once the order reaches PLN 300 after discounts is applied in accordance with the delivery rules.
4. Once payment has been completed successfully, the order is fulfilled within the agreed pre-order period. Receipt of payment alone does not mean that dispatch will take place within 1 to 3 days.
5. When announcing a price reduction, we show the lowest price charged in the 30 days before the reduction, or, for a product offered for a shorter period, the lowest price since it was first offered. Special statutory rules apply to products that deteriorate rapidly or have a short shelf life. Information about a reduction must not imply a previous price that did not exist.
6. If a price is personalised on the basis of automated decision-making, the Customer receives the required information before purchase. Selecting a currency or market, or applying a publicly available discount, does not in itself constitute such personalisation.
§6 Delivery
1. Within Poland, delivery to an InPost parcel locker costs PLN 15 including VAT, and delivery by InPost courier costs PLN 19 including VAT. Both methods are free within Poland for orders with a product value of at least PLN 300 including VAT after discounts. Delivery costs do not count towards this threshold.
2. We deliver within Poland and internationally, to countries worldwide that are available to select at the Store's checkout. The availability of a particular destination and delivery method depends on the address, product and transport options. Before placing an order, the Customer sees the available methods and full delivery cost. If a country is not available at checkout, individual arrangements may be agreed with us before purchase.
3. The PLN 15 and PLN 19 rates and the PLN 300 free-delivery threshold apply to domestic delivery. International delivery costs are shown before the order is placed, for the selected country and transport method.
4. For delivery outside the customs territory of the European Union, the Customer, as the recipient of the parcel, pays any customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees due. If these have not been collected at checkout, they are not included in the product price or standard delivery cost and may be collected by the relevant authority or carrier upon import or delivery. The amount depends on the destination country and the type of shipment. Before purchase, we inform the Customer of the obligation to pay these charges and state their amount where it can reasonably be calculated. This rule does not transfer to the Customer any tax obligations imposed on the Seller by law: taxes that must be collected at the point of sale are accounted for under the applicable rules and shown at checkout.
5. Pre-order fulfilment dates are governed by the “Pre-orders” section. We do not apply a general promise to dispatch within 1 to 3 business days of payment to pre-orders.
6. In consumer sales, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the goods generally passes to the Customer only when the goods are handed over to them or to a person they designate. An exception applies where the Customer independently chooses a carrier and the Seller had no influence over that choice.
7. Checking the parcel and completing a damage report may help establish how damage occurred, but the absence of a report does not deprive a Consumer of the right to complain. If a parcel is not collected, we contact the Customer to agree the next steps. Failure to collect a parcel does not itself constitute a notice of withdrawal. Any cost of redelivery is agreed before dispatch; we do not apply an automatic penalty charge.
§7 Withdrawal from the contract
1. Consumers and Business Customers with Consumer Rights may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For sales of goods, this period begins when the buyer or a person designated by them, other than the carrier, receives the goods. If a single contract covers goods delivered separately, in batches or in parts, the period begins when the last item, batch or part is received; for regular deliveries over a defined period, it begins when the first item is received. For other contracts, the period begins when the contract is concluded.
2. To withdraw from the contract, simply send an unequivocal statement to hello@1991.pl or to: WE ARE 1991 sp. z o.o., plac Bankowy 2, 00-095 Warszawa, Poland. You may use the model form below. An order number or other information identifying the purchase will help us process the request. We do not require a reason, photographs or prior authorisation for a return. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before the period expires. We confirm receipt of electronically submitted statements by email.
3. The right of withdrawal may also be exercised before pre-ordered goods are received. The period does not begin when payment is made or the order is placed. Failure to provide proper information about the right of withdrawal has the consequences set out in the Consumer Rights Act, including a possible extension of the period for exercising that right.
4. The goods must be sent back without delay, no later than 14 days after withdrawal, to: DTW, ul. Sochaczewska 98c, 05-870 Błonie Wieś, Poland; mark the parcel: WE ARE 1991, unless the Seller has offered to collect them. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to dispatch the parcel before the period expires. Please protect the product for transport and include the order number or another reference that allows us to identify the return. The absence of the parcel marking or order number does not remove the right of withdrawal if the purchase can be identified in another way.
5. The Customer bears the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the ordinary right of withdrawal. We do not charge an additional return handling fee. If the nature of the goods means that they cannot normally be returned by post, information about the return cost is provided before purchase. The rule requiring the Customer to pay return costs does not apply to collection of a product under a justified complaint or a warranty claim.
6. We refund payments received without delay, no later than 14 days after receiving the notice of withdrawal. Where the Customer withdraws from the entire contract, the refund includes the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method available at the time of purchase. We do not refund the additional cost of a more expensive delivery method chosen by the Customer. For a partial return, we refund the price of the returned products and delivery costs to the extent that those costs were attributable exclusively to those products.
7. Unless we have offered to collect the goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first. We refund the money using the same payment method, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different method that incurs no costs for them. A voucher does not replace a monetary refund without the Customer's consent.
8. The Customer may inspect the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product to the extent necessary to assess it. They are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond that extent, subject to statutory exceptions, particularly where proper information has not been provided. Merely opening the packaging of cookware or a kitchen accessory does not exclude a return. Neither a receipt nor the original packaging is an absolute requirement for a return.
9. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases specified in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act. For the Store's range, these may include, in particular: non-prefabricated goods made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised; goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery; and goods which, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery. The exception must genuinely apply to the product; it does not automatically cover all food or all products that come into contact with food. We inform the Customer of the applicable exception before purchase.
10. For services and digital content, the right of withdrawal may be excluded only when all relevant statutory conditions have been met, including the required prior express consent, information about the loss of the right, and acknowledgement of that information. Merely accepting these Terms does not replace these steps.
11. Expiry of the 14-day period for withdrawal without giving a reason does not prevent a product complaint. Contracts concluded before this version was published remain subject to the terms applicable when they were concluded; we honour more favourable rights previously granted, including a 30-day withdrawal period where it formed part of the contract.
§8 Complaints about goods
1. For Consumers and Business Customers with Consumer Rights, the Seller is liable for any lack of conformity of the goods with the contract under the Consumer Rights Act. This includes damage, missing parts, malfunction or the absence of characteristics arising from the contract, description or binding statements.
2. The Seller is liable for a lack of conformity that existed when the goods were delivered and becomes apparent within two years of delivery, unless a longer period of suitability for use has been specified for the goods. A lack of conformity that becomes apparent during this period is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless proved otherwise or unless the presumption is incompatible with the nature of the goods or the lack of conformity. This does not limit liability for a fraudulently concealed lack of conformity.
3. A complaint may be submitted to hello@1991.pl or in writing to: WE ARE 1991 sp. z o.o., plac Bankowy 2, 00-095 Warszawa, Poland. Please provide contact details for our reply, the order number or other information identifying the purchase, the product name, a description of the problem, when it was noticed, and the remedy requested. Photographs help us assess the issue but are not a condition for accepting a complaint. We do not require a receipt, original packaging or our own form if the purchase can be demonstrated in another way.
4. The Customer may request repair or replacement. The Seller may use the alternative remedy if the chosen remedy is impossible or would involve disproportionate costs. If both are impossible or would involve disproportionate costs, the Seller may refuse to bring the goods into conformity. The assessment takes account of the circumstances, the significance of the problem, the value of conforming goods and the inconvenience to the Customer.
5. Repair or replacement is carried out within a reasonable time after the Seller is informed of the lack of conformity, without significant inconvenience and at the Seller's expense, including materials, labour and transport. The Customer makes the goods available, and the Seller collects them at its own expense. In Poland, we provide a free InPost dispatch code. If the code cannot be used, particularly abroad or because of the parcel's size, we agree another collection method at the Seller's expense. Returns handling address: DTW, ul. Sochaczewska 98c, 05-870 Błonie Wieś, Poland; mark the parcel: WE ARE 1991. Please contact us before dispatch to obtain a code or arrange collection; this is not a condition for submitting the complaint itself.
6. The Customer may request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract if the Seller has lawfully refused repair and replacement, has not brought the goods into conformity in accordance with the law, the problem persists despite an attempted repair or replacement, the lack of conformity is sufficiently serious to justify immediate exercise of these rights, or the Seller's statement or the circumstances make it clear that the problem will not be remedied within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience.
7. The price reduction is proportionate to the difference between the value of the non-conforming goods and the value of goods that conform to the contract. Withdrawal for lack of conformity is not available if the lack of conformity is minor; it is presumed to be significant. If the lack of conformity affects only some of the purchased goods, withdrawal may also cover other goods purchased together with them where the Customer cannot reasonably be expected to keep those other goods without the non-conforming goods.
8. We respond to a complaint within 14 days of receiving it, on paper or another durable medium, such as email. Failure to respond means that the Consumer's complaint is accepted; we grant the same rule to Business Customers with Consumer Rights. A request for further information does not in itself extend the response deadline. This deadline is not automatically a deadline for completing a repair.
9. Where the price is reduced, the amount due is refunded without delay, no later than 14 days after we receive the statement. Where the Customer withdraws because of a lack of conformity, the goods are returned without delay at the Seller's expense, and the price is refunded without delay, no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods or evidence that they have been sent back. The refund uses the same payment method, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another method that incurs no costs for them.
10. The Customer may withhold payment of the price until the Seller fulfils its obligations under Articles 43d and 43e of the Consumer Rights Act. Acceptance of a complaint is not conditional on first contacting the manufacturer or making a warranty claim.
§9 Additional warranty
1. We provide a 24-month warranty on all products purchased in the Store, on the terms set out in the Warranty Terms. The guarantor is the Seller identified in §1. The warranty document is provided on a durable medium no later than delivery.
2. Under the warranty, we respond to a claim within 14 days of receiving it and carry out repair or replacement without delay, no later than 30 calendar days after the product is delivered or made available, while respecting the obligation to act within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. The detailed scope of cover and procedure are set out in the Warranty Terms.
3. The warranty does not limit the statutory remedies available to the buyer against, and at the expense of, the Seller if the goods do not conform to the contract. The Customer chooses the basis of their complaint.
§10 Digital content and services
1. If we supply digital content or a digital service through the Store, we describe its functions, delivery method and essential technical requirements before the contract is concluded. The relevant provisions of the Consumer Rights Act apply to the newsletter and other digital services, including where they apply because personal data are provided instead of a price.
2. We supply digital content or services without undue delay after the contract is concluded, unless a different date has been agreed. If they are not supplied, an entitled Customer may call upon us to supply them and then withdraw from the contract in accordance with the statutory rules. In cases provided for by law, no additional demand is required.
3. For digital content or services supplied in a single act or in parts, we are liable for a lack of conformity that existed at the time of supply and becomes apparent within two years; for continuous supply, we are liable for a lack of conformity that occurs or becomes apparent during the agreed supply period. We provide the required updates, including security updates, for the period required by the contract and the law.
4. The Customer may request that the digital content or service be brought into conformity. This is done free of charge, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Refusal is permitted where bringing it into conformity is impossible or would involve disproportionate costs, assessed in accordance with the Act.
5. Under the statutory rules, the Customer may request a proportionate price reduction if they paid a price, or withdraw from the contract, particularly where bringing the content or service into conformity is impossible, has been refused, has not been done properly, the lack of conformity persists despite an attempt to remedy it, it is significant, or the circumstances make it clear that it will not be remedied within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience. For content or a service supplied for a price, withdrawal is not available if the lack of conformity is minor.
6. Complaints may be submitted to hello@1991.pl. We respond within 14 days of receipt; a request for additional information does not restart that period. Any refund due following a price reduction or withdrawal is made without delay, no later than 14 days after receipt of the statement, using the same payment method, unless the Customer agrees to another method that incurs no costs for them.
7. Changes to digital content or services beyond what is necessary to maintain conformity may result from a necessary change in technology or the law, or improvements to security, compatibility or functionality; they may not apply to content or services supplied in a single act. Such changes do not result in costs for the Customer and are communicated clearly. If they have a significant negative effect on access or use, we inform the Customer sufficiently in advance on a durable medium of the change and the right to terminate without notice within 30 days of the change or of being informed of it, whichever is later, subject to the statutory exception where an unchanged and conforming version can be retained free of charge.
8. After withdrawal, statutory restrictions apply to the use of content created or supplied by the Customer, together with the rules for making that content available to the Customer. Personal data are processed in accordance with the GDPR. This section does not limit any other statutory rights.
§11 Reviews and reporting content
1. The Store allows product reviews to be posted using Judge.me. Reviews should relate to genuine experience and must not infringe the law, personal rights or other people's privacy.
2. A review may be marked as coming from a verified purchase once it has been linked to a fulfilled order, for example through an individual invitation or by matching the details with an order. Reviews without this mark may also come from people whose purchase could not be verified. Posting a review does not itself constitute proof of purchase.
3. We do not post or commission fake reviews or distort reviews to promote products. A negative rating is not, by itself, grounds for removal. Moderation may address unlawful content, spam, content unrelated to the product, content disclosing another person's data or content that breaches these rules; we apply moderation proportionately and with regard to freedom of expression.
4. Unlawful content or content that breaches the rules may be reported to hello@1991.pl. Please provide its precise location, a description and the reasons for the report, contact details, and a statement that the report is made in good faith. We promptly acknowledge receipt, assess the report diligently and communicate our decision with reasons to the extent required by law. A person affected by a restriction may request reconsideration at the same address.
5. hello@1991.pl also serves as the contact point for users and competent authorities on content-related matters and obligations under the Digital Services Act (DSA), to the extent that it applies to the services provided. Contact is available in Polish and English.
§12 Personal data and cookies
1. The data controller is WE ARE 1991 sp. z o.o., plac Bankowy 2, 00-095 Warszawa, Poland. The purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods, marketing rules and user rights are described in the Privacy and Cookies Policy.
2. Accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to marketing, advertising profiling or optional cookies. Consents are separate and may be withdrawn. The scope of personalisation and the absence of decisions producing legal effects based solely on automated processing are described in the Privacy Policy.
§13 Professional Business Customers
1. This section applies only to Professional Business Customers; it does not apply to Consumers or Business Customers with Consumer Rights.
2. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller's liability under the statutory warranty for defects (rękojmia) is excluded pursuant to Article 558 §1 of the Civil Code. This exclusion does not apply to fraudulent concealment of a defect or to rights under a warranty that has been granted.
3. In business transactions, the Customer should inspect the shipment at the time and in the manner customary for shipments of that kind and take the steps necessary to establish the carrier's liability. Risk and liability for carriage are assessed under the applicable law.
4. To the extent permitted by law, the Seller's liability for damages towards a Professional Business Customer is limited to the price of the goods ordered and delivery costs; it does not include lost profits. These limitations do not apply to intentionally caused damage or to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory law.
5. Disputes with a Professional Business Customer are heard by the court with jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
§14 Rights to Store content
1. The Store's text, photographs, graphics and identifying marks may be legally protected rights of the Seller or third parties. They may be used within the limits of the law, including permitted use and rights held by the Customer. Purchasing goods does not transfer copyright in the Store's materials.
2. Digital materials provided to the Customer may be saved and printed for personal use in accordance with their intended purpose and the scope of the licence stated for the material concerned. Copyright provisions do not prohibit disposal of a lawfully acquired item of goods within the limits of the law.
§15 Out-of-court dispute resolution
1. Consumers may seek assistance from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman, the Trade Inspection, authorised alternative dispute resolution bodies and consumer organisations. Information and a list of the relevant bodies are available at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. The European Consumer Centre may assist with cross-border matters.
2. The Seller agrees to mediation of disputes arising from a sales contract; the details and the relevant body are determined for each case. If a complaint has not resolved the dispute, we provide the statement required by law concerning participation in out-of-court proceedings, on paper or another durable medium.
3. Using out-of-court methods does not exclude the right to bring proceedings before a court. Jurisdiction in a dispute with a Consumer or a Business Customer with Consumer Rights is determined by law, rather than by the Seller's unilateral choice.
§16 Final provisions
1. Contracts are governed by Polish law. This choice does not deprive a Consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence where those provisions apply. The language version and terms presented to the Customer when the contract is concluded are recorded in its confirmation.
2. Changes to these Terms may result from changes in the law, Store functions, payment methods, delivery or the organisation of services. New orders are governed by the version presented when the contract is concluded. Changes do not apply retrospectively and do not affect acquired rights or the terms of contracts already concluded.
3. We give notice of changes affecting ongoing electronic services sufficiently in advance on a durable medium, generally at least 14 days beforehand, with the option to end the service free of charge before the changes take effect. A shorter period required by law or immediate action for security reasons is used only to the extent necessary.
4. If a provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory law or is an unfair term in relation to a Consumer, it is not binding on that Consumer to that extent; the applicable legal provisions apply instead. The remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.
5. Further information is available on the Delivery and payments, Returns and complaints and Warranty pages, and in the Privacy Policy. This information should be read together with these Terms and the arrangements for the particular order.
