Deli boxes come in sets of 15 or 30 containers with lids, in three sizes: 240, 480 and 960 ml.
The containers are reusable. You can store hot food in them, freeze food and reheat it in the microwave.

Write the contents and preparation date on a label. Stock, pesto, tomorrow’s sauce. The marker and tapes are sold separately.

Prep before you start cooking
Divide chopped herbs, measured ingredients and prepared sauce between containers before turning on the hob. Everything is ready to add while you cook, without stopping to prepare the next ingredient.
