Delivery and payment
Two dispatch dates for pre-orders
All products start shipping from 24 November, except ONE POT, ONE PRESS, ONE SCRAPER, baking sheets, baking racks, Deli boxes, Pantry Tapes and Food Marker. These will ship from 13 December, before Christmas.
If your order includes products from both groups, it will arrive in two parcels. The second parcel is on us. We will email you when each one ships.

Delivery
1. In Poland, delivery to an InPost parcel locker costs PLN 15 including VAT, and InPost courier delivery costs PLN 19 including VAT. Both methods are free within Poland for orders with a product value of at least PLN 300 including VAT after discounts. Delivery charges do not count towards this threshold.
2. We deliver within Poland and internationally to countries worldwide that are available to select at the Store's checkout. Availability of a particular destination and method depends on the address, product and transport options. Before placing an order, the Customer sees the available methods and the full delivery cost. If a country is not available at checkout, individual arrangements can be agreed with us before purchase.
3. The PLN 15 and PLN 19 rates and the PLN 300 free delivery threshold apply to domestic delivery. International delivery costs for the selected country and shipping method are shown before the order is placed.
4. For delivery outside the customs territory of the European Union, any customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees are payable by the Customer as the recipient of the parcel. If they have not been collected at checkout, they are not included in the product price or the standard delivery cost, and may be collected by the relevant authority or carrier on import or delivery. Their amount depends on the destination country and the type of shipment. Before purchase, we inform the Customer of the obligation to pay them and state their amount where it can reasonably be calculated. This rule does not transfer to the Customer any tax obligations imposed on the Seller by law: taxes that must be collected at the point of sale are accounted for under the applicable rules and shown at checkout.
5. Preorder fulfilment dates are governed by the Preorders section below. We do not apply a general promise of dispatch within 1-3 working days of payment to preorders.
6. In consumer sales, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally passes to the Customer only when the goods are handed over to them or a person they have designated. An exception applies where the Customer independently chooses a carrier and the Seller had no influence on that choice.
7. Checking the parcel and completing a damage report can help establish how damage occurred, but the absence of a report does not remove the Consumer's right to complain. If a parcel is not collected, we contact the Customer to agree what happens next. Failure to collect a parcel is not in itself a statement of withdrawal. Any redelivery cost is agreed before dispatch; we do not impose an automatic penalty fee.
Preorders
1. Products currently offered in the Store are sold on preorder. This means purchasing them before they are ready for dispatch. Orders are paid in full at purchase; the payment is not an earnest-money deposit.
2. Orders are fulfilled by the date or within the clearly defined period stated on the product page or in email communication provided to the Customer before placing the order. The agreed date or period forms part of the contract and is recorded in its confirmation. General documents do not set one shared dispatch date for all products.
3. A dispatch date means the date the parcel is handed to the carrier; the delivery period also includes transit. Before purchase, the Customer receives information allowing them to determine when delivery will take place. If the parties have not agreed a different delivery date, the statutory period applies, generally no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
4. There is no common end date for preorders. Availability of individual products and any limits are set out in their offers. Stopping the acceptance of new orders does not change contracts already concluded.
5. If products in one order have different fulfilment dates, we send them in separate parcels according to those dates. The Seller pays the additional costs of splitting the shipment; the Customer pays only the delivery charge agreed when ordering.
6. If a delay is expected, we promptly inform the Customer of the reason and the proposed new date. We do not change the agreed date unilaterally; a lack of response from the Customer does not mean consent to a change. A later email does not by itself replace the date agreed at purchase.
7. If the goods are not delivered on time, an entitled Customer may set an appropriate additional deadline and withdraw from the contract if that deadline passes without delivery. In statutory cases, including refusal to deliver or where the delivery date is essential, an additional notice is not required. Payments are then refunded without delay. This does not exclude the right to withdraw without giving a reason, including before receiving the goods.
Payment and discounts
1. Preorders are paid in full when the order is placed, using one of the methods available at checkout. The list of available methods, the provider handling the chosen payment and the total amount are shown before payment is approved. Availability of digital wallets may depend on the country, device and browser.
2. Discounts cannot be combined. A bundle discount and a discount code, including an SMS code, are not applied together. The terms of each promotion, eligible products and discount amount are set out in the promotional information before purchase. Free delivery once the PLN 300 threshold after discounts is reached applies under the delivery rules.
3. Once an order has been successfully paid for, it is fulfilled within the agreed preorder period. Receipt of payment alone does not mean dispatch within 1-3 days.
